Product Details
Model LY-DOT7-001 is a 7-inch round LED headlight built for the wide range of vehicles that use a standard 7-inch round headlight housing, including Jeep Wrangler JK, TJ, LJ and CJ models and the AM General Hummer. Each headlight combines separate high and low beam output, an H4 connection with an H4-to-H13 adapter, and an aluminum housing with a rear breathing vent.
3,600LM High Beam and 2,400LM Low Beam
Nine 5W LED chips provide separate high and low beam functions, rated at 3,600 lumens on high beam and 2,400 lumens on low beam, with a 6500K–7000K cool white color temperature and a 30°–60° beam spread from pencil to flood.

H4 Connection with H4-to-H13 Adapter
The headlight uses an H4 connector, and two H4-to-H13 adapters are included in the package for vehicles that use an H13 connection.
A matching connector does not confirm that every mounting bucket or prior wiring modification on your specific vehicle is unchanged, so check connector condition and polarity before installation.
Built-In EMC to Reduce Flicker and CAN Bus Errors
A built-in EMC and decoder function helps reduce electromagnetic interference and flicker, avoiding CAN bus warning issues on most vehicles without a separate decoder.
Some vehicles may still show a dash warning depending on the factory wiring; check compatibility before ordering if your vehicle has a known canbus-sensitive system.
Aluminum Housing, Certification and Service Life
The aluminum housing supports heat dissipation, and a rear breathing vent helps release moisture that builds up during temperature changes. The headlight is CE and RoHS marked and DOT-compliant.
The published rated service life is more than 50,000 hours. Actual service life depends on voltage stability, heat, sealing condition and installation quality. Request current compliance documentation when your market requires certification records.
